Under this concept, people living outside Sindhudurg district, as well as people from other districts and the country, are made members at nominal fees to encourage them to visit this district for tourism. They are given a discount of 15% to 20% on accommodation, food, water sports, and Konkani products (food). This discount is generally available for 3 years, after which the membership needs to be renewed. For this, about 30 to 35 hotels and resorts in Sindhudurg district have been tied up so far, and efforts are being made to tie up more.
2. Konkani Hospitality
In this type, tourists are given the opportunity to stay in traditional as well as modern homes in Konkan. These houses, which offer simple living at affordable rates, are the true identity of Konkan. As a result, many closed houses in Konkan have been opened, and their owners have benefited from these houses (villages have become active).
3. Sindhudurg Vintage Safari
There are many places in Sindhudurg district where the seaside is charming, and if vintage open cars can be driven around, therefore Unique Pride Group of Companies has conceived the idea of starting Sindhudurg Vintage Safari.
4. Only Washroom
The concept of Only Washroom has been introduced for the convenience of Konkan people as well as travelers on the Mumbai-Goa highway.
